Features
(1) The whole machine adopts a T-type structure, with the Z-axis and X/Y axes designed separately, enhancing the rigidity of the feed processing. The machine features a slant bed design for easier chip removal.
(2) Reduces interference issues when changing workpieces and tools.
(3) The spindle processing does not extend, providing stronger rigidity and ensuring processing accuracy.
(4) Tool change method:
The servo turret tool change is faster and more convenient compared to machining centers, with a slant tool change time of only 1.5 seconds.
(5) The maximum spindle speed can reach 4000 RPM.
(6) X/Y/Z axes equipped with roller linear guides.
(7) Standard 0.001-degree servo fourth axis allows for multi-directional and multi-angle processing of products.
(8) Equipped with a spiral automatic chip removal machine, which can select different types of chip removers based on different materials.
