Analysis of the development trend of machining technology

In recent years, the development of machinery manufacturing technology, production efficiency and technical accuracy continue to improve. Among them, the improvement of production efficiency mainly stems from the application and improvement of automation, the current CNS gradually to CIDIS transformation, and has been used in some of them, played an important role, by the attention; and the improvement of technical accuracy stems from the transformation of processing to ultra-processing.

The development of machinery so that modern products are increasingly high precision, scale integrated circuits is the product of this background, which requires hundreds of thousands of components or integrated in a square millimeter of the plane, the line width is only 1 μm, the position error and shape error is less than 0.05 μm, so the requirements of high precision machine tools, machining technology needs to be improved to meet the needs of processing.

1 Types of Machining

According to the characteristics and principles of different, processing is mainly divided into four categories, namely, composite processing methods, special processing methods, abrasive processing methods and tool cutting processing methods.

In recent years, processing technology has also progressed, processing principles are diversified, so in the processing, mainly microfabrication, based on the characteristics of the parts and molding mechanism, processing is mainly divided into three types, namely, deformation processing, combined with processing and removal of processing methods. Deformation processing mode, with the help of force, molecular movement, heat and other parts deformation, its shape, size, performance usually change, the way including forging, casting, etc.; combined with the processing mode, with the help of physical and chemical methods will be attached to other materials, injected or welded to the surface of the parts, the way including welding, bonding, oxidation, plating, etc.; remove the processing mode that is the separation of processing mode, with the help of light, electricity, heat, etc. will be the parts in the light, power, heat, etc. Removal of processing methods, that is, the separation of processing methods, with the help of light, electricity, heat, etc. will be removed from a part of the parts, the way including grinding, cutting, etc.. In short, the processing method is no longer limited to traditional means, but added deformation, stacking and other new features, in addition, it also focuses on the surface treatment of parts, the generation of surface processing technology.
